Okay, we have an 8 month old that loves Fiddler on the Roof. Not terribly interested in anything animated. The adults in the house haven't grown tired of Fiddler yet, but I'm sure we will at some point.

We've tried The Sound of Music. Bores him. Funny Face, not even interested.

We need suggestions for musicals that might hold his attention when we need some down time.

Ready, begin!

Labyrinth?

I'm guessing he digs Fiddler because of the lively music and bustling activity.

The King and I :coffee:

Ooh, very good suggestion! It has the deep, male voice, that I think may be what he finds so captivating, singing and dancing.

He is also very excited when grandpa is talking to him, so I think a lot of it is the deep, male voice. Maybe because he always has wimmens fussin' over him.
