Since he's 8 months old and wont understand the content, how about West Side Story? The dancing is great as is the music and colors of the costumes.

Already tried West Side Story...he couldn't have been more bored.

I'm thinking...Labyrinth, tonight.

Fraggle Rock

We've pretty much established that he's not yet interested in programming for children. That's one of the reasons we're having such a hard time. All he wants is 'Fiddler'.

So, when he's awake, we either have to constantly play with him, or if we need some time to get things done, we have to plug him into Fiddler, which is getting on a nerve. That said, he has begun taking a bigger interest in his toys, and has started to entertain himself. So, we are moving in the right direction.

He loves his walker, too. You just gotta' watch your toes.

He's trying to roll a ball back and forth, too. That's a fun game. He's still digging peek-a-boo, too.

I wonder if Song of the South would get his attention? It has some animation along with the live stuff.

Have him listen to Slim Whitman's Indian Love Call over and over, he'll start walking sooner so he can turn it off.

Your fickle pickle will calm down without any of the music suggested. Just let the one (male or female) tire themselves out during the course of the day. Exhaust them.

As a father of three (the youngest who is 16), and current Mr. Grandma four days a week of a nearly three year old grandson and a six month old granddaughter (from the older, married kids), wear them out vs them wearing you out.

Show who is the boss. If you don't, you will be the slave.:buddies:
