the frogs commited suicide

The Ex and I had an aquatic frog commit suicide once. The frog (we called him Frogger) had jumped out of the aquarium and little did my dumb ass know that the frog hopping around on my floor was the same frog that leaped from the aquarium, so I set him free outside... Later that night I realized Frogger was missing from the aquarium. :ohwell: :frown:

I had a dog once who dug a hole in my back yard.

I'm surprised they didn't mention the coral reefs, which are dying rapidly in many parts of the world, along with the myriad species of life that flourish on them.

The dinosaurs became extinct, and we had nothing to do with that. Species cant live forever. Well unless your a shark or aligator

Or a cockroach. Why can't we lose some of the species that we would like to get rid of. Mosquitos, flies, terrorists, etc., etc. ?

We have to be careful not to unbalance the ecology.

If we eliminated all the terrorists for good, what would the buzards eat?

See, I saw the "March of the Penguins" this week-end, and it got me wondering.. they breed FORTY miles from water, and I understand they ALWAYS return to the same place to breed... SO, the question is, has this spot on the earth's surface ALWAYS been 40 miles from water, or is it due to the cooling cycle of the earth that has made that spot that far inland?

MAYBE in the beginning their mating ground was only 1/2 mile from the water, and right now we are going back to normalcy to bring their mating ground BACK to being a 1/2 mile from water. I mean if you were the first pair of Penguins to mate would you make it so you had to walk 40 miles, and starve for 4 months to do the dirty dirty?? No, I'm thinking I'd make MAYBE 100 yards, so I'll be generous and give the horny penguins 1/2 mle.

Think about it.

So you're the one responsible for all the feral frogs....
