The Hedgehog Welfare Society (Hedgehog Welfare Society - Protecting Hedgehogs through Rescue, Research and Education) will be at the Prince Frederick Petco (940 Costley Way, Prince Frederick - 410-535-2648) from 10 am - 2 pm on Sunday, September 9. We will be doing public education and have a meet and greet with hedgehogs AND the little known & seldom seen LESSER HEDGEHOG TENREC from Madagascar!
We are also proud participants with OPERATION WRITE HOME (Operation Write Home: Helping heroes keep in touch with home) and their Dear Hero program. We will have both Thank You cards and Christmas cards available for the public to sign. We will be sending them to OWH, who will in turn send them to our deployed heroes.
