Shoot that one is easy. In fact if you google it you can find at least a dozen sights with seasoning cast iron in it. I love to cook in my cast iron dutch oven.
P.S. Most of the sights leave out testing it by hitting your son-in-law in the head with it.

I thought it would whack just enough oil off the head to season then fry
