I was someplace last year and the Health Department was giving away Narcan along with information about it.
A turd in a punch bowl would have been more popular than me after I told the workers "I don't care. Let them die".
That said, I know several people whose children have OD'd and died and I feel for them. I also know a family that lost a daughter from being hit with Narcan too many times over the years and it shut down her organs.
