Tuned in this morning. Was not bad for your first day. I did enjoy hearing the weather forecast once in awhile and not having to wait until the local news came on. I missed that the last couple of weeks with no one talking. Hearing someone talk is like having a shot of coffee for me in the morning. I can just sleep through music.

Are you all every going to consider having an audio feed on your website?

Yes indeed..I haven't listened to 98.3 since T & H left...went to another oldies station, but it just wasn't the same.

I'll give it a go tomorrow AM...

I liked it better before.It sounds like 106.3 a lot now.Don't get me wrong,I like 106.3 but I liked the classic rock if you can call it that,on 98.3.

Just as I'm pulling into the parking lot Moondog announces the addition of Beverly Farmer for traffic by saying "she's from around here, knows how to pronounce the towns, and promises not to eat on the air."

Moondog.... doing a fine job! How about some call in topics. Ppl here love the discussions that would go on before. Usually, it was a hot topic of the current news or just something that would pull out strong opinions. Also, here's a request..... I got that Daniel Powter CD recently from Itunes and love the song, "Suspect". If you could give it some play time, I think it would really catch on. Loves it! Anyway......keep up the good work. More current stuff, too.

Moondog, I got to listen to the program this morning from about 6-7 this morning and I have to admit, it sounded pretty good. Your choice of music is pretty good so far, but I know you are working on getting it just right. I also liked the music beds you were using under your breaks from music. All in all, it was a good mix of music and breaks for things like "The History Lesson", etc. All in all, I think your debut in Southern Maryland was very good.

Yep. Then she was on one of the DC TV news stations for traffic.
