AOC, Squad under fire as Dems reject their 'deeply problematic' agenda

A leader of a PAC designed to help moderates told Fox News Digital that the policies trumpeted by Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and her progressive squad are too toxic for Democrats running in the competitive seats that will determine whether Democrats hold onto the majority.

"We have been kind of shouting this from the rooftops since the 2020 election," said Matt Bennett, executive vice president of the center-left Third Way and co-founder of Shield PAC, which launched last year to defend moderate Democrats.

He said the 2020 election was a wake-up call when Democrats lost 14 House seats and issues like "defund the police" were the center of GOP attacks. And the 2021 Virginia governor's race was another example of far-left policies backfiring when Republicans put critical race theory and school covid policies center stage – propelling Republican Glenn Youngkin to victory.

The Squad policies "do fine in Brooklyn," Bennett told Fox News Digital. "But I would say that they are deeply problematic for Democrats running in competitive districts and states. They arm Republicans with very potent attacks, albeit, very misleading ones, but very politically impactful attacks."

I'd say the squad policies also do well in all other areas among demonrats, but they have to be sneakier about implementing those policies.

Fair Enough ..... I guess I am a bit more optimistic Dems in the heartland are not down for what the far leftists spew

Like Muslims, if the are not actively speaking out AGAINST the radicals ... then they approve of the actions

Dem Activist: Obama DOOMED Democrats With Working-Class Voters

Barack Obama doomed Democrats with working-class voters, according to Democrat activist, commentator, and one-time congressional candidate Krystal Ball in an explosive new video.

Ball based her comments on a POLITICO report earlier this week:

Democrats’ own research shows that some battleground voters think the party is “preachy,” “judgmental” and “focused on culture wars,” according to documents obtained by POLITICO.
And the party’s House campaign arm had a stark warning for Democrats: Unless they more forcefully confront the GOP’s “alarmingly potent” culture war attacks, from critical race theory to defunding the police, they risk losing significant ground to Republicans in the midterms.

It’s because to Obama and the progressive flakes in the Democratic Party the working class are beneath them. Peasants to be used or ignored.

This bunch is only trying to fool the public.
If any of their people are elected they will vote with the squad.

They do fine with global warming, free healthcare, and "choice". But Transwomen in sports, not policing blatant crimes, encouraging "homelessness" (for example by making it an acceptable choice to build an appliance-box duplex in the road and steal electricity for it), and of course trying to reintroduce segregation don't speak to as broad an audience.

That said, a "Dem" will probably vote 3rd party before voting for the R ticket. But that's nearly as helpful in battleground states.

Like I’ve been saying, the republicans will win in 2022, but they are running folks who are basically empty, they have nothing they are running on except that they are not dems. Want to roll back COVID restrictions? Dems are taking care of that as we speak.

A bunch of Lauren Boebert’s are about to be put in congress and all will be fighting for the crown of the loudest. It was so much easier when Michelle Bachman was the only one that got the airtime.

Free America
We have a social security crisis, I was throwing out good ideas to manage that. Present me with 5 80 year olds that are progressing society.
Want to manage Social Security you ask...
Have Congress repay all the money borrowed from their benifits package. SS is not a bank for The Legislature to take at will....
Then vote out all new SS programs added since Aug 15th 1935.
