The Tooth Fairy

...has to make a stop at my house tonight. Granddaughter lost a tooth today and she is staying with me overnight. So, two questions.

1. How much is the tooth fairy currently leaving? I have a Sacagawea dollar, would that be acceptable?

2. What time can I sneak in there? She appears to be asleep, but.......
