My dog is fat according to the Vet. 3yo black lab weight of 80lbs. They say she should be around 65lbs. We are one fat and happy family. We walk and swim and she still is fat. Ask Shelley. She is great with grooming, been going to her for over 10 years.

Our dog was declared overweight as well. We had to put little miss on the lean doggy food diet and no more treats. She has lost the weight just by changing her food.

Did you do it slowly by mixing the food and all that crap that they normally tell you to do when you switch food?

I did mix it up and then started omiting the regular food. I guess she has a weak stomach. So, I have cut back on her daily amount.
