Is the Rhumb Line the one we went to about 15 years ago, when the then owners took it over - has a second deck over looking the water too - kind of set back from the road?? - And is Alice/Perkins the Perkins that is on 235 - sure miss Perkins in Waldorf

I think the place you're thinking of is Catamaran's. That's also a good restaurant.

The former Alice/Perkins restaurant is located in Wildewood Plaza, just off 235.
