got called in. Cause both judges knew me, they appointed me foreskin of the jury. That sucked.

That can be an uncomfortable position. A bunch of years ago I was Foreman on a jury deciding a shooting in St. Leonard. The guy was obviously innocent but he and the guy bringing charges were some seriously bad people. I stayed out of St. Leonard for a while.

I was not comfy. Deal was, SMC SD did not do their job so we could not convict.

I had jury duty last year. I only had to go 2 times. The first time they filled the panel before my number. The second time I opened the door to the courtroom and low and behold the defendent was a friend of mines ex. I was so embarrassed to have to stand up and say I knew him. I was promptly excused from that trial.

I had never got called for jury until last week I had to serve. Only had to go one day though and the rest of the week it was just calling to make sure.
