I hate to tell you this but it only gets worse! They don't ever settle back down, ask any teenager! :lmao:

There's got to be a calm period before the teen years, right? Boy was a little rascally when he was 4, but he's practically an angel now. Girl is testing now...seems like all the time but it's not.

They do seem to calm down around 4, I was just pokin, but when they start having raging hormones (my youngest started aroudn 7 1/2) they start getting to be a pain in the butt again. Oldest to youngest 16, 12 and 9. God Help me!

many years ago I called my mom and told her about my daughter starting the terrible twos and asked when it ended.... after 5 minutes of uncontrollable laughter she said I hate to tell you that the terrible twos marks when the fun begins. My daughter is now 26 and it still has not ended.. ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh:jameo:

Having Fun!
Looking back, there is kind of a lull from about 5 to 7 but then the deviltry kicks in about 8 and the rest is a blur until about 25...:killingme

Relax! You'll all get through it and you'll get some really cool look back & laugh moments that'll keep you in stories for years to come!

My son became a joy at age...mmm...18 or so. Daughter was a joy starting at 20. There is a lull between, say, 4 and 12. Then the fun begins.

Happy Camper!
The 19 mo/old gives us a run for our money. The boys together were nothing like she is - no fear about anything and runs off of energizer batteries. I don’t even want to think about the terrible 2’s or anything past that for her.

My 5 year old is an angel... He gets in these little stubborn moods when he is tired, but other than that, no problems!

My [almost] 4 year old twins are completely opposite. Everyday is a new adventure with them. :jameo: Double trouble and they are like little partners in crime... One will talk another into doing something wrong, etc... They are funny when I sit back and watch them in action.

I am just thrilled that they get along so well... I know that won't last forever!!!!

My brother and sister who are twins [16 years old] don't get along too well. They love each other and all, but HATE that they are twins and even worse, that people KNOW they are twins :killingme

My son lost his first tooth last night! He's so excited for the tooth fairy.
