Haven't your sons outgrown the Dr. Seuss identity? It seems kind of weird to me that you keep reinforcing that. And, didn't you say that you called them that to keep them anon on the forum? I am sorry, bann, but I don't get why you call your sons that in real life. I guess, it is just me.

Can you tell us at what point in your life you stopped having fun?

You could use some professional help for your obsession with Bann.

And what superior grownup thing do you identify your child as?

Did you ever think that Bann does this for privacy reasons on the forum, and that she might not actually call them that IRL?

Actually, I don't CALL them by those names IRL, BUT I have referred to them as Thing1 & Thing2 since the Dr. Seuss Cat in the Hat movie came out (2003). It's been a long running joke/nickname.

However, I will say that Thing2 didn't get a shirt with Thing2 on it. He's kind of moved past that.

He got this one:

Haven't you outgrown trolling? No? To each their own. :buddies:

Something was said in another thread about Bann calling her kids Thing 1 and Thing 2, and this person thought it was mean to call them "things".

Thing 1 and Thing 2 are from The Cat In The Hat. The Things come in the house and cause all sorts of mayhem, if you recall.

So that's all.

I like the nicknames. :ohwell:
