I plan on going to talk to a student counselor before I change again. I went from a nursing program to criminal justice to business management. I'm not sure what I want to do now. Communications or Psychology are in the forefront though.
I think business management would be more applicable to many more jobs than communications or psychology. I know a couple folks that graduated with comm & psychology degrees that had very, very difficult times finding employment. Nursing is a great program. Look at BLS's occupational outlook
http://www.bls.gov/oco/ to learn more about different occupations, needed degrees, and projected job growth.
If you are far along in business mgt, you might want to just stick it out. I changed my grad school major three times and now wish I had stayed with my original major & school because I would have long graduated. Instead, I kept having to start over when switching schools/majors. Luckily my employer gave me credit for having a "master's equivalent" because he added up all my post-grad courses. But I don't know that most employers are that forgiving.
