All of those regs and more have made our cost of living increase exponentially.

Power plant regs have lost people their jobs. Morgantown power plant by the Nice Bridge is one I see every day.

The power plant ones were regs. They dictated use of technology that didn't exist at the time.

All Federal regulations are to be based upon codified legislation, the problem is that many agency bureaucrats crafted regulations exceeding the legal authority, interpretation of many laws, or were unconstitutional.
