This doesn't make sense

It's not for a check-up. He has had a cough for weeks and all I keep getting is prescription being called in. They won't see him in the office to really diagnose the problem.

Ah, that's different. I'm thinking of renting a parking space at their office, I've been there so many times in the last few weeks with my 4 children.

Take off for Friday afternoon, if that's when you can get off work, then call the doctor's office at 9:02 on Friday morning. If you call at 9:00, you'll still get the "office is now closed" message but if you get one of the first calls in of the day, you get to choose your own appointment time. If you call later than 11am on a Friday, chances are you should've gone to work, because although they will ALWAYS make a sick appointment for the same day, on Fridays they tend to go late, sometimes 7pm or later because of everyone trying to get their sick visits in before the weekend.

Is there a great pediatrician who also has a great staff? Is that even possible? The staff at my doctor's office is great. My dental office is great. The surgeon's staff I had to go to was great. I have yet to find a pediatric office who has a friendly staff.

I left Dr. Miller's office because the front staff was rude. I have been going to Dr. Sheth's office for about a year or so and do not have anything nice to say about the front or back staff. They have horrible, rude phone skills. You call and ask a simple question and they bite your head off. What the heck is wrong with these girls/women that work at pediatric offices?

The girl I got was very friendly and helpful when I called to ask about them taking new patients and my insurance. Must have just gotten the wrong person at the wrong time. She even took down my number to call me back so I wouldn't have to sit on the line while she got the answers. Then apologized because it took about 5 minutes to give me a call back. Maybe she's new or something

Got the appointment with Dr Sheth.

I didn't care for him & his wife is horrible (billing) Be sure to keep all your receipts for copays & such.

We go to DR. Khetpal & we like them.

Thats who I use, a lot of people on here complain about Brenton Medical but I am happy with Dr.Khetpal and the staff there as well.

I've never had a problem getting my kids in the same day for sick appointments & I usually don't have to wait forever in the waiting room either. Also when I've needed to call & talk to Dr. Khetpal, she's very good about returning calls the same day.

Yeah. Give it a month and that girl will be rude like the rest of them.

We have been going to Dr.Sheth for 12 years. We have never had an issue with his office staff. They are friendly to us.
