Freaky, I must have looked at this before and it set a cookie because when I clicked you link my address popped up automatically.

I only wonder how my 4 Br, 2.5 Ba, 2032 sq ft house with a garage on 1.48 acres could be worth $339,000 yet my neighbors 4Br, 2 Ba, 1300 sq foot on .96 acres no garage can be worth $378,000.

Having Pete as a neighbor drives the value up
Just move next door to yourself.......

Guess it would help if they knew there was a house on the lot now.
Don't feel bad, my neighborhood's not on there at all. :lmao:

I was thinking of buying the lot next door and building a house on it and renting this one out. Then technically I would be my own neighbor.

The only drawback is the lot next door is a little swampy.

$481,000, just where I thought it would be. Until the market drops over the next ~2 years. Then it will be worth about $30,000.

Jed Clampet's Beverly Hills mansion = $25 million. I thought it would be more after all these years. :ohwell:

That is not an accurate estimate. They neglected to add the appreciation of me residing there. That should tack on at least a couple mil, easy.

Don’t think of it, as a little “swampy” think of it was bargain priced water front property :lmao:

Find out the value of your home - for FREE!

http://www.zillow.com/

I registered at this place a couple months back when we were trying to refinance. I noticed that most of the info on my house was out of date - they didn't have several of the additions mentioned. Still, it's a good site.

Our house is a split foyer - but I learned that several houses with this design designate the lower floor as "basement" - finished or not. "Basement" however has to be below ground, and all of ours is above ground. We were able to get around this.

I'm amazed however, at how fast houses have increased in value. I don't think I could have afforded my OWN HOUSE at this point.

Really would have guessed more - yours is not considerably more than mine is estimated at - and I think y'all have a much nicer back yard than I do.

Interesting site, I think they might be a little on the high side, last year our place appraised for 630K this thing says it's worth 735K.

If you watch Zillow, it bounces all over the place. Its not very precise, yet. If you load out the data on your house, it is supposed to help. I would love my house to be worth what Zillow has said it would be worth. However, I know its not close. When I put in the details last time it told me $505k. :lmao:
