I have to laugh at this. The square footage is more accurate on this site then when the realtor listed the house. Wonder why that is :confused: :sarcasm:

Thank god we got a home inspection and realized we were getting hosed.

Works great when you put in an offer. then talk'em down a bunch...

Those are the government's assessment of the value of your house. You want it to be low. It's the bank's appraisal that you want to be high, and that's not listed. You'll have to pay for that item.

I couldn't find mine either.

My sister & BIL live in Virginia Beach and they listed their house for sale on this site. The last kid will be graduating from High School and they want something smaller; it's an awesome house if you are looking for an investment home in Sandbridge, VA. Wish I could afford it....I'd buy it in a heartbeat....:rolleyes:
