Not so weird, my wife and ex are very close, may be going on vacation this year with them. her husband is great. We were only married like 2 years, if that...no biggy to me. I like her but would never be married to her. I have been with my wife now 20 years.....great woman!
My situation is just a tad different, but I understand where you are coming from. Kudos to you all.

First off, last year, my ex-husband asked me if I wanted to give it one more go and get remarried. It's been a standing "joke" for a few years. I said thanks but no thanks, I've just started dating a pretty great guy. He replied, okay then I am going to marry this girl I knocked up. :roflmao: He called a few times to biyatch about married life and I told him to give his new wife a chance and to move forward with his life. Now his brand new wife has given him a brand new daughter and he's not only named the child the name "we" as a couple had chosen to name a child if we would have had one, but he also wants me to be this baby's godmother. :roflmao: We were separated in '01 and divorced in '02. I haven't actually seen him since '01. I feel bad for his wife, but hopefully fatherhood will round him out. He seemed pleased as punch that he was a dad. And he honestly didn't seem to realize how inappropriate his request was. :killingme

Just curious, if you don't mind, how long were you two married?
