The Clinton Foundation, to my knowledge, only ever did work outside the United States.
I'm convinced it is basically a money laundering operation and a means of funneling political favors.
It somehow disappeared after Hillary's campaign ended, but has re-surfaced and is being restarted.
Why might THAT be, now?

You and everyone else knows the Clinton Foundation was a way for Bill and Hill to scam money and sell influence. Why is it reappearing.? She is running for President again.
Face it. Who else have the Democrats got?
A lot - but no one else who has anywhere near the star power of Hillary.
They're trying to promote Pete Buttigieg and Beto as hard as they can, but no one's biting.
They've tried with folks like Warren and Klobachar - ditto.
They're banking, right now, on Newsom. Young, good looking - but he's been mayor of San Francisco and Governor of California, and given the state of each, I'd say he's lucky if he even wins the nomination, albeit accomplishments seem to count for little with the Dems.
Newsom is a case of someone who's popular with the far left and California - but likely nowhere else.
But you know Cox is worse. People don't like him because he's Trump supported. So they want to elect a Brandon Scott clone to run the state into the ground like Scott has done for Baltimore.
