That is not an allegation both are proof.

Ummm. Staged pictures and a "list" using the most sinister words are not "proof" of anything. These things need to be first adjudicated in a proper court of competent jurisdiction. Absent a trial and an appropriate judgement, they are nothing but "allegations". AKA, innocent until proven guilty.
