I looked there too but SPEED mentioned they are rushing the start.

Blowhard Spencer is on now. He must have incriminating pics of the Prez. of SPEED for them to keep him on TV. Maybe they use the spit flying from his mouth to wash the cameras.

I just thought about something ... who wants to lay some dough on the notion that Jeremy Mayfield won't in fact be back next year. I know he signed a deal with Bill Davis Racing for next year, but I think Evernham wanted to get rid of him so bad, he offered Bill cash to sign him, and to ditch his ride for '07. :tap:

I can't say I'd be upset. Mayfield may have made the chase twice, but he didn't set any roads on fire getting there. :ohwell:
