like i said earlier in one of my post{any body with a job can afford to eat at thr Tides restaurant-bar menu/raw bar menu is offered all day at the bar with choices of kobe beef hamburger,crab and artichoke dip,buffalo chx wings and chx sandwich etc etc etc-and its all price under 10 dollars

I just returned from a most magnificent lunch at the Tides. The food was delicious, the dining room fabulously decorated, and best of all was the company - thoroughly and positively wonderful.

I never sat at the bar for lunch... might have to do that one of these days.

Have you tried it yet? I'm excited about it, but it worries me for Hot Noodle, I'm ADDICTED to the chicken Pho and I'm not sure how competitive they will be. The woman who does my mom's hair is from Thailand and she knows the people opening it. She tells mom it will be VERY authentic.

I wish I could remember the name, but we stumbled across a new Thai place last week. It's on 301, north between Waldorf and White Plains. It was EXCELLENT. Really cute inside, great menu selection, good, quick service. Two thumbs up!

You must be talking about Suporn's. New to you maybe, but it's been there for years. I haven't been there in awhile, but I agree it is excellent.
