You've NEVER been fall down drunk? Passed out? Vomitted? Had friends make sure you get home and later tell you what transpired that night? If none of this happened to you congratulations, you never celebrated a 21st Birthday in the manner that many Americans do. If you've ever been inebriated then be thankful you didn't receive the aforementioned abusive treatment from meatheads like the Tiki bouncers.
No matter what condition a patron is in the bar staff has no right to assault and/or injure a patron when no physical altercation is taking place. You probably think the woman is to blame when she gets raped after downing a spiked drink. Stupid b*tch should have been "responsible" as others are capable of making their way home without being raped, right?
No, if the drink is spiked than the person who spiked the drink is to blame. In my younger years I would get stumbling drunk on occasion but the bar tender never had to cut me off, If I was asked to leave I did so without making rude comments or causing a problem, and it was my choice to get that drunk so I didn't blame anyone for the vomiting, the hangover, or the cuts and bruises I got from running into everything while trying to walk. All I did the next morning was call myself an idiot and vow to never get that drunk again and after about 10 or 15 of those vows I finally decided to stop getting that drunk. I have a question for you, how is it that 99% of the people that go to these things manage to not get so drunk and probably belligerent that they are thrown out? I do not feel sorry at all for the 1% that can't control themselves.
