Once again... 2 different sentences. One implies being drunk. One implies being drunk AT A BAR. It doesn't get much clearer than that.
Neither of which imply being drunk OUTSIDE of a bar. It DOES get much clearer than that. You'd have to know how to provide context to your audience to accomplish that though. It's something you are seemingly incapable of doing. Type what you mean.
I've been drunk to the point that I started fights. Bar staff has never thrown me out of a bar. Do you get the point that I've never started a fight in a bar? No? That's what it's like reading your post. I've been drunk to the point of starting fights, but never in a public setting like a bar. I've never done anything within a bar to get thrown out. - That's giving proper context.
