I'd be interested in taking it next Friday, if it's not already gone.
Apparently, BSG has already assumed ownership...

... even though her offer came 53 minutes after yours.

That's F'd up! :ohwell:
Logically, why do you want it? You bought a 30D 6 months ago. You seem well-equipped already; actually, nothing in this kit is anything you don't already have. BSG and DR want it for their son and DIL, who would see it as a step up.

Ultimately, I don't care who buys it... as long as it finds a loving home.

I'd give it up it up because we don't really need it. We were just buying it for our kids. Not a big deal, rack'm. You can buy it. We're good.

Well...

... I was hoping to hang on to that, because I have one that is corded and one that goes straight into the wall. The latter is great for travel.

But, obviously, the battery needs to be charged, so yes I would include it.

And, now that I am looking things over... I am considering putting my Speedlite 420EX on the table as well (attached or separate from the rest). I have another flash and want to upgrade to the 580EX II.

Rack'm gets it. We're just effing with you.

not really, but sell it to Rack'm. DR will probably buy some new camera and donate our Rebel to the kids. :huggy: Plus, if I bought it from you, it would cost me lunch, two $35 pictures and probably gas $.

Yeah, DR will probably be the biggest beneficiary of all this.

I have my own credit, tyvm......It's my dream bike. White and everything......I need to e-mail the gal. Problem is, she's also selling her husband's bike so this could end up being REAL expensive.

So you have reached a level of such riding excellence that you will not put even one tiny scratch on this dream bike?

Well, no. I haven't scratched mine yet, though.

Just curious...

... because I remember when you were still riding the little bike and felt comfortable enough to ride it only up and down your street. And that was not that long ago.

Scuse me. That was a year ago. I have now also ridden/rode DR's bike and like it quite a bit, but not enough to let him give it to me and get a new one. His is black and ugly, but very powerful and fun to ride. Mine is white and purty and a dog compared to his.

Like I said... not that long. Do you ride every day? Do you ride for 20 or 40 or more miles every time you head out? You have gotten much better - considering where you started - but 1 year isn't that much time.

I thought you still "had your eyes on it"?
