Time to play...

So now that I have my bike an all, its time to start making the changes I want to make.

So where are the hot spots for getting after market deals..

2 things I want right off the bat is a new seat, and new passenger pegs...

I've noticed doing a yahoo search for Victory accessories doesn't pan out many choices...

Also, anywhere local (southern maryland area) that seem to have good prices and knowledge about all types of bikes...

Any 411 is appreciated :yay:

I'll see if I can catch the guy at my work that rides one. Haven't seen him around for a while so I think he's on travel or vac.

Still have seen him, but have you looked at this place?
Mustang Seats Seats for

Ive been checking out the corbin seats...

The thing I have noticed with mustang, and corbin is they all want the driver to have a backrest as well, I was told I could probably call corbin and ask them to not put the slit in for the backrest if I don't want, also with corbin, they will send you a seat, let you ride it for a while, and if you decide that its not the right seat for you, send it back and try another...

WOW! Expensive.... :faint:

It seems everything for a motorcycle has a jacked up price :lmao:

Seats - easily 450 & up
Full exhaust - 500 & up
Side mount license plate bracket - 199 & up
LED brake/blinker lights - 200 & up

Atleast that's what Ive been finding out trying to get things for my Victory :ohwell:

The very first one on that page has no driver backrest. It's optional. I've got a Mustang seat and like it a lot. I like Corbins policy, though.

Some makes and model more than others. If you search long enough you can find a fairly good deal.

That's what I'm finding out.. I'm putting a list together for winter things to do, and the seat, LED's, license plate holder, passenger pegs are things I want to change...

So I'm trying to find the best deals I can, that way I can get a rough idea of what my total cost is going to look like :ohwell:

I want some of those blue leds for mine. I saw a bike with them yesterday morning, look pretty cool and really made him more visible in the dark.

I'm sure there's a Victory forum out there. The one for my CBR is great for expert advice on just about anything motorcycle. And the occasional flame-war!

I do like the LED looks they have for rims, and other locations out, they really do make the bike JUMP out at you when it's dark out..

The 2 I have tried so far haven't came up with much input so far, I think 1 person has suggested sites to try.
