You have really pissed me off! I went out yesterday evening exhausted as I was to pick out a few last-minute Easter surprises for my kids and to retrieve a few things I needed for the house only for you to enter my un-locked vehicle last night and steal them! Well, I hope you really find good use for my cat's food which she did'nt get any today thank's to you and my carpet runners!
Thank you for NOT breaking the window out of another of my vehicles which is typical of you since you have been here more than once and also for not taking my wallet, checkbook, cell phone or GPS system!
I'm sure I should expect you to visit again soon since your rewarded every time you come!

You've been hit before, but still leave things unattended in an unlocked vehicle.

You need to take a large part of that blame yourself.

Sorry that happened but why would you leave your car unlocked and valuables inside? Why wouldn't you expect him to come back time and time again if you don't deter him in the first place. (Not criticizing, just curious).

Well, since I normally work overnight, this vehicle is not even here in the first place. As for locking it...Why bother? I can't count how many times in the past 10 years, I've had to place the windows in my car!

Then maybe next time don't leave stuff in there that you don't want stolen. :huggy:

You must have something out in the open that makes a thief break a window. No petty thief is going to waste his time breaking a window when he could just go to another unlocked car unless you have something sitting out in the open that is worth the gamble.

if your car gets broken into so much, and youre obviously losing out money, wouldnt it be worth it to invest in an alarm system?

:yeahthat:
Why would the person break a window, making noise, when there are doors unlocked?? Since this isn't the first time, apparently you haven't learned anything from your mistakes. LOCK THE DOORS!! If you had surprises for the kids, why not put them in the trunk? Kinda hard to not lock that. I do feel a little bad for the cat though. It's not its fault the owner is negligent.

Not trying to excuse the thief, but I think Jeff Foxworthy would say in this situation, "Here's your sign"

You mean Bill Engvall. Foxworthy would make a Redneck joke about it. You know you're a Redneck if you leave your car unlocked and valuables inside.

I hear ya. I try to make it a habit of locking my vehicle and removing anything of value, but sometimes you just forget. Or, like the one instance when I had just gotten home, got the kids out of the truck and settled in the house and my dogs start barking. I wasn't even home for five minutes. They dunmped the contents of my purse on the ground before my dogs got out of the house and they chased him into the woods. The guy came back two days later, busted the window out of my locked door and ransacked the whole truck. They made off with about a dollar in pocket change.

Sounds like you have a cat burglar. Next time poison the food and leave it in the open for bait.

Where the F do you all live? Invest a couple hundred $$ in some CCTV's and end the problems, get the F'ers arrested.

You should go tell all of your neighbors that you and your SO will be setting up camp with weapons. Tell everyone you plan to shoot to kill.

Word will get around and you will no longer be a target.

That's how the 7D works.
