What happened with that place. They closed about 13 or 14 years ago for "renovations" and never reopened. It's just been there empty all this time.

It usually opens one Saturday a month when the weather is nice for an indoor yard sale. The woman that owns it is a picker/collector.

I don't remember clearly now. I seem to recall there was some question on who actually owned the property and maybe some in-fighting among the relatives. :sshrug:

Yes, I've seen the yard sales there from time to time. I'm having a delayed reaction here too, Neil Diamond was at the Rondevous??
