Total lunar ecplise Saturday

There is going to be a total lunar eclipse at sunset on Saturday.
There has not been one for 2.5 years. The weather is suposed to be clear for this' so you photographers, get your cameras out!

There is another one in August, 2007.

I videotaped one a few years ago..not the best video camera, but it was fun to watch it in "fast-foward" mode!!

No, they tied me to a metal frame mattress in the middle of a field and taped my eyelids open and left me until I knew all the major constellations and 12 of the major stars in their order of magnitude.
