Tough Seller's Realtor

I'm looking for a tough seller's realtor, someone who is an effective negotiator and is particularly good with selling as opposed to buying.

My first realtor just didn't impress me... she lacked the "go get it and drive a hard bargain" attitude that I would want when selling.

Any suggestions?

Before anyone asks, I'm not selling just yet. I still haven't found a job, but I do want to go ahead and meet with one and be ready to put it on the market as soon as I do.

I can't offer any personal advice because the few agents I've spoken with haven't been very aggressive. However, my overall advice is to search local agents and see what their statistics are. See how long they have been in the business. What are their credentials?
