Toyota Engine in a Tracker???

It could very well be true. I don't know what the deal is totally but GM has some kind of a hand in toyota's parts. The GEO and the Toyota Corolla have all kinds of parts(Engine, brakes, etc) that are interchangable, The junk yard told me if I needed any parts for my toyota that I should order GEO parts for the same year. What a racket these manufacturers operate!!!!

I have Toyoto parts in my Pontiac. If you put the Matrix and the Vibe side by side, you can't tell the difference.
I was waiting for someone to say that.

Most American companies have a deal with Japanese companies. Your cousin bought one of those little Dodge trucks 20 years ago - it had a Mitsubishi engine.

Gm and Toyota do have an agreement to have interchangeable parts.
