Trailer Tires

I need to replace the tires on my box trailer, looking for suggestions on where to get them. I was going to head up to the RV dealer in Mechanicsville.

Currently have ST205/75-D15 on it now.

Thanx. They have the right size, but only in load range 'C'. I need 'D'.

I've had so much trouble finding the D and E rated trailer tires around here that I just order them on line from these guys any more:

Thanx. Looks like he doesn't have that tire in a 'D' either, only 'C'.

I didn't think it was going to be this tough to find a replacement locally.

On a related note, my TSC tire machine is working great. I have now demounted about six tires, got it down to about 3-4 minutes each. Only mounted one so far, and it went well.

I was out and about, stopped at Curtis. He has the tires I need in the warehouse and a comparable price to Internet. He wanted too much for rims, so Trick Trucks had a rim for a much more reasonable price. Curtis said he'll mount their tire on the rims I provide.

Done deal. That gives me 2 new tires and the old set are now spares.
