I mean...my god. It's fascinating to watch, yet terrifying that these mindless cultists walk freely among us. How can you believe something so ridiculous without being mentally ill to the point of involuntary commitment to a mental health facility?

A drowning person will grasp at anything to stay afloat, human nature at its best!

I do think that is unlikely. China - for the past forty plus years, have banked on having the largest number of PEOPLE in their military. They've advanced their technology, but the U.S. has been able to maintain military primacy very strongly due to technological - and logistical - advantage. It's not in China's history to move its military around the world - just locally. The United States has had its finger around the globe in military conflicts - China - not so much. They don't seem to want to commit troops far afield from home.

Unfortunately China has moved their sphere of influence, they've established very strong ties with a lot of S. American and African countries.

I remember being a little freaked out that the best hospital in all of Ethiopia - was built and managed by South Korea.
