I am. And i posted the link proving Trump has been fined for doing exactly what you posted.

Do you have any proof 3 separate federal judges and grand juries found Trump liable enough to stand trail for 40 seperate charges?

Or do you just have more insults to throw with no facts or anything of substance?
Liable enough to stand trial ?!? What kind of nonsense is that?

By expressing no hope for a conviction, you yourself are framing these charges as so frivolous that it's a stretch of the imagination just to bring them to trial.

And I haven't insulted you yet, is that what your true desire is? Are you so desperate for attention that even negative attention will do? You obviously do need attention, of the psychological type.

Again. Do you not understand how grand juries work?

A group of people are shown the evidence and then decide whether the case merits going to trial.

This happened three separate times and all three recommended going ahead with 40 separate federal charges against Trump.

I had nothing to do with any of it. I didn't express any hope or framing of anything.

Please. It's not hard to educate yourself about these things.

Why would anyone bother?

Trump is facing over 40 federal charges and couldn't win last time?

If you guys keep betting on a loser you're going to keep losing.

He lost the House, the Senate, and his second term.

Move on
All they are doing is making him stronger and firing up his base. When all the smoke settles it’s going to be hilarious that his only crime was upsetting you snowflakes.

Only an a traitor would vote for someone convicted of espionage, interfering in an election, stealing classified documents and various other crimes against our country but you do you comrade.

Some of the evidence might be shown (you can bet Smith wouldn't show any exculpatory evidence) and witnesses might testify to see if there is enough evidence to file charges. One thing many forget is that indictment in no way means guilt.

Who has been convicted of any of that? Do you think indictment means convicted?

Only a psychopath would care nothing about falsely accusing someone of crimes with zero regard for guilt or innocence. Then turn around and defend the administration of a treasonous dementia patient whose only accomplishments are selling our country to the highest bidder, harboring a crackhead in the White House, and promoting abuse of process to silence his political opponents.

Did I miss something? Has he been convicted? Nope not by a jury of his peers. He has only been convicted by the court of public opinion.
