Not gonna touch the Shawn Ryan stuff. No way to tell reality from delusion. Drones in NJ seem like an odd place to debut top secret propulsion tech.
What I an gonna cover is the recently released video of this guy at a Supercharger. To preemptively answer questions.
1. Yes, all Tesla's record motion around them using eight cameras if Sentry Mode is enabled. And any Turo renter would have it enabled by default.
2. All Tesla's are online all the time, reporting location and feeding the self driving algorithm. Vehicle location data wont be given out by Tesla unless the information was legally requested. While video data is feed to the systems for FSD training, its anonymized for location and vehicle.
3. TeslaCam dashcam and Sentry mode video can only be accessed from inside the vehicle, same for the driver facing camera that ensures a living attentive human is sitting in the drivers seat.
4. Other than Summon mode where you tell the car to come to you in a parking lot they cannot be remotely operated. So his corpse wasnt loaded miles away and driven there.
