Hi Spr!

I never even knew there was such a thing as W & V extract, imagine that? I would probably only buy really expensive stuff, that would make me only use tiny amounts to make it last. Sounds kinda like what you're already doing though. :yay:

I don't know why your Doc wants you to cut way back, but if your liver and kidneys aren't bad, I thought a shot here and there was good for you?

I recently had a physical and my blood work came back good. Shocked the heck out of me! I mostly drink beer just to turn my brain off at night so I can sleep

Anyway, Good Luck!
Actually, mixed signals from my doctors. Primary wants no alcohol consumption, cardiologist says an occasional drink is okay.

Blood work I had at the end of January, all systems running good.

I'd get a third opinion, from your local liquor store owner or maybe a bartender.

If I may ...
For your consideration ...

Your cardiologist is not your friend here. Blood work can come back fine all the time and yet the alcohol will still be causing arterial heart damage. Ya know, the buildup of arterial plaque that causes a blockage that causes heart attack caused by the inflammation that poisoned sugar, aka alcohol, causes?

It can also exacerbate previous conditions such as pancreatitis and liver issues, and cancers. Sugars, and poisoned sugar, are the fuel source for many many types of cancers. Listen to your Primacy Care Doc, and what your body is, and has been telling you. Quit it all together. And just say no!

Alright, you've asked for it buddy. Looks like I have to bring Nancy into the conversation, or is it an intervention ......... Oh yeah, turn to the volume to hear her message.
