Pixie, you were in my vehicle yesterday, and you probably didn't even notice that the locks engaged when I hit +/- 5 miles (not sure of the exact speed).

My vehicle is adjustable.
I can have the doors lock when put in gear or when I reach a certain speed.

I know that on my veichle, once at a comfortable cruising speed, a tray table drops down, a refreshing beverage appears, the seats go into ultra-soothing massage mode, and a sultry voice comes over the radio with various stimulating messages !

Of course these features have a manual override switch.

PMS or you just mad cause my arse is smaller then yours again? I never said I didn't believe anyone. I drive my mom's Envoy whenever I need to haul something and those locks automatically lock when the car is put in gear. Seems like most everyone that is claiming that their locks engage at a certain speed is the owner of a Dodge product. Something I have no experience with and in all my research on cars have never liked one enough to research it. Anyway, GM products lock upon putting the car in gear so about half of the responses aren't even valid. Could you please scan and email your manual. That would be ever so helpful.
