, it adjusts the original mapping of the ECM to alter the AFR and timing throughout the entire throttle range, when you throw more air to your engine you need to also add fuel so you don't run lean and take a chance on burning a piston or valve, hence the need to adj the timing....

Is PC-V a brand name of an aftermarket engine management/fuel control system?

Most of those have various maps available for down load.
All you need is a laptop to lad the correct map.
If your '10 twin (Harley big twin?) is stock, there definitely should be a map available.
