It's starting. TWC is predicting potential weather armageddon in the mid-Atlantic this weekend. Wife is starting to worry about my traveling back to SMC on Sunday.
I'm betting heavy snow on the 11th..Been watching. Don't think we'll get much this weekend, but some where around the 9th/10th we're supposed to get significant snow.
No prob. I was going to head up to the storage unit today and get the snowthrower, do some PM on it, so no storm here.
Please do that...lolBeen watching. Don't think we'll get much this weekend, but some where around the 9th/10th we're supposed to get significant snow.

Thank youOk, we're safe for a while. I got the snowthrower out of storage, and while I was there, grabbed one of the generators for good measure.
If you stay in the mountains instead, we won't have to worry about clearing the snow from your Employee of the Month parking spot...so there is that. It's starting. The bottom drawer.always know where my batteries are because I keep them all in a big drawer.
Switched to rechargeable, including 9v. Keep them in a battery caddy.Just as an aside I had to replace the batteries in my Carbon Monoxide and Fire alert today.
Why do they sell 5 year 9 volt batteries in a 2 pack?
In 5 years I will never be able to find the second battery and if I do the 5 year guarantee will be used up.
By the way 9 volt batteries are dangerous to have laying around, If you have a spare one be sure to cover the connection with tape or something, if they accidentally hit metal they could cause a fire.
WOW!!!! You've got a Cherry 2000.My wife has all the batteries
I know where my snow shovel is.Still evolving. Latest forecast is now showing us getting ice, and over 6" of snow thru the 13th.
Sorry. I did my best. Prepped the snowthrower and genny, finished cutting over the last of the whole-house backup circuits, and even put driveway markers out! The rest of you need to step up and help out here!
I found out something like that when I was carrying around a spare DeWalt drill battery and a pocketful of screws, had smoke rolling out of my pocket.Just as an aside I had to replace the batteries in my Carbon Monoxide and Fire alert today.
