...and I'm sorry, but, when I read 'severed head' I'm thinking about someone screaming and yelling 'where's my damn body!?' and expecting to read how they were able to re-attach it. Whereas a 'severed body', I'm thinking that's more like

..should be legalized.
Making them illegal is not, obviously, working. Corrupting the society as a whole with the violence and and graft legalization brings through massively inflated costs over something someone choose to ingest is not in keeping with our constitution and civil liberties.
Understand that the right to shoot a crack head to death if he assaults you goes hand in hand with the rest of our rights and responsibilities as a free people.
