U.S. District Court Refund

I received one as well. I don't think I have ever had any foreign transactions but can I still apply for the $25? I figure since I received the letter I'm entitled to it.

It was on CNN this morning, it is for real.

Now my question is: since I received two letters/IDs, will I get two refunds?




I should really read the fine print...
