Mark Levin's monologue last night on the evolution of Progressivism starting with Hegel, Marx, Wilson, and Gramsci ,leading to the progressive judges we see today was very enlightening.

So in other words...let the Marxists tie it up in court until Trump is gone...essentially kneecapping Trump & his administration...
News flash....SCOTUS DID step in....remember the rebuke Roberts issued earlier this week?...It was to Trump....why do you people insist on "we have to let it play out..." We saw in 2020 how this is gonna play out. Hell, we saw in 1939 how this is gonna play out!!

I swear to Christ, the first one of ya'll that says that to me when we're crammed in the boxcars, I'm gonna throat punch you...then THROW you at the Marxist guards just to watch them beat you severely!!!
I think you may be misunderstanding my point. If the administration immediately tells all of the courts to go pound sand, that's going to potentially open up impeachment inquiries. And let's be clear, the Republicans don't have a large majority to ensure that doesn't happen. There's a political price vs. legal price.

I am saying they need to let this play out in the short term, but the more the District Courts put their thumb on the scale will only accelerate it getting to SCOTUS. By the way, SCOTUS dit NOT step in...Roberts issued a temporary stay in one case, but SCOTUS refused to take up the case and the District court altered their order, but it still remained largely in effect.

As for the Roberts opining on the situation, its because he believes in the system and that things should follow the paths (i.e., District Court, Court of Appeals, SCOTUS), which I believe was his main message. It is an indictment upon the judiciary and how much it is getting out of control, which fall directly on Roberts' shoulders. He needs to get the judiciary house under better control, or Congress might do it for him (as they have already started filing amendments and impeachment resolutions). And if Roberts is so sure of the impartiality of the District Courts hearing these cases, then he should not have any issue moving the cases to a different District.

We are a country of laws, correct? So assuming you are in Trump's position, what would your course of action be? Ignoring/defying the court orders? We can all see the courts have grossly overstepped their boundaries, but what mechanisms are in place to deal with the judiciary that has no business even hearing some of these cases, let alone making any rulings?

My feeling is these cases are all going to end up at SCOTUS soon. You have many cases happening, and many states are filing briefs with SCOTUS, so the pressure is growing and it will be hard for them to not hear these cases. Cases are being heard this week in the Court of Appeals but there is no guarantee they will shut down the District Court rulings. I have a feeling things will be getting fast tracked up the appeals route.

You have a much higher opinion of Roberts than i do, and letting this play out to SCOTUS is no guarantee that Trump will win, because IMO of Roberts, he is in the bag for the Democrats. If the man had any balls he would have allowed investigations of the stolen Biden election.

Another great monologue on Mark Levin last night. The clip from one of the Sunday morning shows where Chuck the Schmuck says they confirmed over 200 'progressive' judges to the Fed courts just to thwart Trump's agenda is priceless.

Obama, Biden .....

Chuck the Schumck is bragging about all the Judges democrats installed to thwart Trump Administration or any NOT Democratic Administration

Using Lawfare to block ANY attempted changes .... Trump is cleaning out the Deep State from the FED, the only obstruction left is the courts

...sorry to say I'm stating to sour on Bondi... the way she is stonewalling the Epstein list is reprehensible.
Tyrus said last week that the Epstein list is so bad, when Pam went to the Intel community to get the files, they said they couldn't do it, but they could give her all the JFK assassination files unredacted.

I'm betting the list is full of the" High & Mighty" both Republicans and Democrats, and even non political "High & Mighty".

I don't care who they are, if they were there taking advantage of under age girls they deserve to be exposed!

Fu*k'um and their self important attitude!

I can't even give that a like or anything. I simply don't know. If she is, I hope she's got a damn good reason. Having said that, it is starting to look as though that's exactly what's going on.

For your consideration ...

She never gave a date certain. Perhaps, most likely is trying to gather everything from every possible storage place/agency/dept so that when released, it is everything?
And she has been clear that extreme scrutiny is being taken to redact anything that would "out" the victims.

Have you got a link, or a date? Was it on Gutfeld, or Fox? I'd like to go watch, because Tyrus is the man.

She said it is sitting on my desk for review... oh, they were hiding things from me. (they did, but she didn't know that in a day or two?)

So her staff will take weeks to review each page, it's approaching a month.

I bet... you, me and a dog name Boo could review that file and use a black magic marker to cross off the victims names and do it in less than 2 weeks.

Well... Well.. Welll
Timing is every thing....

Other countries are involved too.

I posted a video way back explaining what Trump's World Tour was about.

So, do you want it rushed through and released prior to indictments being handed down? Which could impact any ruling against one or more of those miscreants resulting in any judgement against them overturned on appeal.

I want any and all DOJ investigations to be done absolutely correct to get rock solid cases with a result of legitimate prosecutions and convictions.

Yes... do it correct but don't tease- promise stuff you were unable to deliver, which she did from the "get-go".
