I guess you didn't read this:

I have no problem with them using the trucks or stripping them for parts to get the job done, but why didn't they report that they did it and return the trucks to the proper authority? I'm sure the chain of command would have been all for using the trucks to get the job done...if they knew about it.
One thing that makes me wonder is "abandoned in
Kuwait". My guess is that they were "abandoned" at the military staging area, not out in the middle of nowhere.
