Ultra HD cam battery

Hey I have a Flip Ultra HD cam and it came with a rechargeable battery and it lasts up to around 17 or 18 minutes till it needs a charge.. I was wondering is that normal or do I have a bad Battery?

Can you replace the battery?
Have you checked online reviews?

I have a Pentex W90 camera that the online reviews said had a short battery life, so I bought a second battery in order to have a charged backup.
