just because it's "worked" for the time being, does NOT mean that these kids won't harass other individuals in the future. shooting someone is not the ideal way of teaching someone a lesson.

there is a lawful way to go about things, and there is an unlawful way.

Whatever.

However, I'll just bet those wretched little thugs will think twice about it in the future.

In this case, maybe the end did justify the means.

Pretty lousy that they are "permitted" to just move on...

You would have thought with all the "adults" from the community as well as those that witnessed some of their shenanigans in and around the businesses would have been enough for the Sheriffs Dept to put them and the parents on some type of notice or probation...

The parents hold some responsibility here...
Is it going to take another adult pushed to the edge of sanity to get the attention it needs from local law enforcement...
