That's still the lowest number ANYONE is calling for.

COMPUTER MODEL LIQUID EQUIVALENT PROJECTIONS
GFS: 2.0 - 3.0 | NAM: 2.5 to 4.0 throughout the Mid-Atlantic, suggesting this could be an extremely heavy snowfall of 20 to 28 inches or more across much of the Northeast I-95 corridor from Virginia to central New Jersey. We urge citizens to complete preparations and remain off the roads if at all possible by 12 noon today in south of the PA border.

You have reading comprehension issues don't you? Please point out the 10" in that forecast.
Worst case scenario is 12", best case is 6" (according to them).
You sure keep hoping this is all a bust, dontchu...

During last weekends storm, I checked accuweather Saturday night and they were saying a max of 5 inches for Leonardtown when I already had over 8 outside my window.

Ah but they had an excuse. It was a 1 to 12" ratio they were going by. This means for every inch of rain you would get 12" of snow. They have now upgraded that to 1 to 16".

Would THIS face lie?
I need everyone reading this to go start a smow fread and paste the same freaking info that's in the previous 14 smow freads!

Remember, you can never have too many smow freads saying the same thing!!

Excuse me Mr. Baja but I think you spelled SNOW wrong...Didn't you go to school?

Does everybody have enough fuel for the chainsaw?

Strew the chain saw but I have enough for the generator and tractor to push the stuff...(I don't know how to spell the S word)

Funny, but Intellicast has been downplaying the numbers all along. Since early yesterday, a mixed rain/snow/sleet event with totals not more than 8".

I love Texas Road House
I just talked to the meteorologist on PAX and he guarantees that we will get 30 inches+. It looks like we are in for a doosey.

Ibelieve

A week late and $3 short
We will get nothing because I found snow boots last night at 7:45 p.m. You're welcome.
