We went...:yay::yay: The hot mini chili rellenos (jalapenos instead of poblanos) were amazing and the tortilla soup was good. I wanted to try the Menudo (hard to find) but they only had a big bowl and I didn't want to try a huge serving in case I didn't like it. We will definitely be back.

Crabby Oyster and Happy Clam are still on the list for future trips.

For anyone wondering, VA still carries "normal" cigarettes. No FSC's or as I call them, "Fire Starter Cigarettes".

Thank you all for the input.

Somewhere in VA, yes.

The Sonic is closed. I came through that way on the way back from NC a month ago and the building is still there but the place was shut down. Must have not gotten too much traffic due to being so awkardly placed between the gates to Dalgreen.

Are you talking about the little red and white place on 301 just north of McDonalds?? That's not a Sonic, that's an ice cream place. They only open for a few months in the summer.

There never was one in Dahlgren between the gates....
:yeahthat: I didn't even know F-burg had a Sonic. The nearest Sonics I heard of were in NC.

The Happy Clam posted here is different from the one that used to be by Wilkersons. I heard that guy took his insurance money ($4 mill.) and retired to FL. Shame, he had the best home made peanut butter pie you ever tasted.
