Charles Co. Vape pen containing possible THC recovered from a student at Robert D. Stethem Educational Center

On January 9 at 10:48 a.m., a student at Robert D. Stethem Educational Center was found to be in possession of a vape cartridge containing possible THC. The school resource officer recovered the vape and initiated an investigation. The student will face civil charges and school disciplinary action.
